Your privacy and trust are important to us and this Privacy policy provides information about how Hitachi Construction Machinery (Europe) NV (“HCME”) and its affiliated company Hitachi Construction Machinery Sales & Service (France) SAS (“HCSF”) handle your personal information.
HCME is a manufacturer and supplier of heavy construction machinery, parts (“Products”) and provider of after sales support (“Services”) under the trade name HITACHI. It is a European subsidiary of a Japanese company Hitachi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd.
As a manufacturer and supplier of Products and related Services, HCME handles a variety of information: including but not limited to our own information and information entrusted to us by our suppliers, dealers, end-users, customers, job applicants and subscribers.
Given this situation, and to ensure that personal information is treated with respect which it deserves, HCME has established internal information control and security system and this Privacy policy.

What information we process
We process your information to provide better services to you in respect of our Products and Services.
